Changing your relationship with food and your body requires:

  1. Support: You have to do it on your own but not all alone. In other words; the 5% who do change their relationship with food know they need help.
  2. Accountability: the subconscious; which runs more than 80% of our lives doesn’t like change. You know the feeling; you want something so badly and you even invest lots of time and money into this pursuit; yet you just cannot get motivated. That is because your subconscious has certain requirements to allow change and since it runs 80% of your life; it calls the shots.
  3. Customization: You are unique and so you need a plan that is as unique as you.

I created this program after reading the book Mini-Habits, smaller habits Bigger Results written by Stephen Guise. I started my own journey back to coaching with this book; and I can honestly say; that this website would not be here without my daily too small steps.

5 minutes over 30 days (weekends excluded) I am here to support you as you take one step towards changing your relationship with food. We begin the 30 days with a half hour session to map out your vision and set up your too small step. Then everyday for 5 minutes we get on the phone; you share your action and I keep you accountable, while helping you customize the process over the 30 days.
